By ordering such products (e.g., knives), you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We follow a "Challenge 25" policy, meaning delivery drivers may request valid photo ID (e.g., passport or driving licence) if the recipient appears under 25.
It is your responsibility to ensure an eligible person is available to receive the delivery. If age verification fails, delivery will be refused, and the item returned to us. We may arrange redelivery (with added cost) or process a refund minus any applicable delivery fees (please allow up to 14 days for refunds).
