At TaylorMoon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
As all of our products are personalised, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Have a valid reason such as damage or incorrect item
Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit (refund available instead of a replacement)
Once your return/refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
