Where do I send my artwork?
For listings that require an image, you have two options for submitting your artwork: you can either upload your image using the upload button before adding the item to your basket, or you can email it to sales@taylormoon.co.uk
Will I get to see a digital mock-up prior to printing?
If you have purchased a listing which requires you to provide an image you will receive a digital mock-up within 48 hours unless you request otherwise.
Can I order using multiple designs?
Yes of course, this can either be done by adding several different products to basket, or feel free to email me at sales@taylormoon.co.uk and I will provide you with a quote - a payment link can also be sent to you via email if preferred.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are posted within 1-3 working days using the postage method purchased (standard or express). If I am out of office this will be reflected in the estimated delivery times (which you can see at checkout) and noted also in the black announcement bar at the top of this page.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes, you can email me at sales@taylormoon.co.uk to receive a custom quote or by using the contact form. Please provide the following information: size, quantity, image(s) if applicable, and sticker coating you would like (gloss, matte, or kraft).
I want a size/quantity not listed
I can do any quantity and any sizes between 1.5cm and 19cm. Please email me at sales@taylormoon.co.uk or use the contact form to request a quote.
Are your stickers waterproof?
No, unfortunately the type of stickers I offer are not waterproof. They are high quality thick paper stickers in gloss, matte, or kraft. If in doubt please order one sheet first as a sample before ordering in bulk.
