This shipping policy applies to all customers who have purchased on www.taylormoon.co.uk

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, specific estimated delivery times can be seen prior to checking out or by emailing sales@taylormoon.co.uk All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, unless specified otherwise (occasional holiday leave changes this time-scale), and accurate delivery estimations can be seen before checking out. 

Here at TaylorMoon we only sell within the UK using Royal Mail 2^nd class, 1^st, class, tracked 48, and tracked 24.

No local delivery or collections are available.

There are always occasional potential delivery interruptions which are out of our control such as delays within the postal service. If your package is lost we provide either a refund or replacement. Please read our Return & Refund policy.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you of this, and if applicable you will also receive tracking information.
